The water is sourced from our own world-class water purification plant located in the emirate of Ras al Khaimah. This is then passed through various filtrations and sterilizing processes to assure purity in every drop. After the initial stages of filtration and sterilization the water is then transported to our bottling plant. It’s further processed and tested under multiple methods which include but not limited to pre-filtration of 5 microns, multimedia and carbon filtration, post filtration of 1 micron, final filtration of 0.2 micron, microbial removal by ozonization and UV rays. Processed water is periodically tested for quality at our in-house laboratory and also by independent testing agencies.
The empty bottles are washed and cleaned using a 15 stage fully automated cleaning system. The cleaned bottles are filled by food grade 316L Stainless Steel machinery in the production line. Production and expiry dates are printed on the tamperproof plastic sleeve and protective cap.
